TOI is built through the philanthropy and hard work of our community of passionate change-makers, who believe that the future is female. They say it takes a village to raise a child—this is certainly true for the next generation of female innovators.
 
As an ACNC-registered charity, TOI's mission is to ensure equity and inclusion for girls in the STEM and innovation ecosystem. To achieve this, we subsidize 80–100% of the program cost for students, depending on their school's socio-economic demographics.
 
Every year, more than 100 women in industry, along with many corporate partners, contribute as unpaid volunteers and mentors, building and delivering the TOI program. TOI is now oversubscribed, and we need your help to reach more students in the most high-impact communities.
 
Your donation helps us roll out TOI’s comprehensive six-month curriculum to girls and teachers across NSW. It also enables us to provide scholarships to First Nations students, those in regional or rural areas, and students from low socio-economic communities, in partnership with the NSW Department of Education.
 
In addition to expanding our team, we have an ever-growing need to assist students with access to laptops, travel, and accommodation. (Let us know if you can partner with us for any of these needs!)
